Jurisdiction profiles

A profile turns the neutral record model into one authority’s rule set. It contains parameters only — permitted rails, holder and closed-loop rules, thresholds and aggregation windows, payout deadlines, player-funds protection, submission mode and retention — and never adds fields.

Each profile is researched from the authority’s own published rules — laws, regulations, licence conditions and guidance — as at 2 October 2026. Profiles are a reference, not legal advice. “Not found” means that no published rule was located, not that none exists; “to be confirmed” marks a reading the sources did not settle.

Profiles belong to the authorities. A profile is published as confirmed only when the authority concerned has reviewed it, and corrections an authority makes to its own profile are adopted as submitted (§5, §13).
